Welcome Price: is for the Welcome Card from Berlin Tourism Marketing. You can get this ticket from all BVG (public transport) ticket machines. Please make sure you have the right card, we only accept the Welcome Card and we unfortunately do not accept the "City-Tour-Card" that is also offered at ticket machines.

Family Discount: kids love our tours too. With two children, the second and every further child gets free bike hire (valid for children and young people up to 16 years old). Two sizes of children's bike are available (please make a reservation). Even 6-year-olds can ride with us if they feel confident riding a bike.

For younger kids we offer children's seats, in which case there is no cost for the child, but a €5 "throne fee".

Participants with their own bikes - independent of which tour they take - pay €5 less.

Group Size

We limit the size of our tour groups to around 15 participants - our guides have an average group size of 8. The minimum group size is 4 participants. This means the tours have a personalized and familiar atmosphere.

The limitation on group size is also important for enabling a tour to run smoothly. In a small group it is pretty much impossible to lose someone and the whole group can cross an intersection with one turn of the traffic lights.

We therefore recommend you make a reservation for the tour you wish to take. This means we have the opportunity to organise an additional group and guide if the interest extends beyond our planned capacity.

Of course you can also turn up spontaneously for the tour of your choice, but please understand that if too many people want to take the same tour, those with reservations will obviously be given priority.

Write us an email at booking@berlinonbike.de and you will get a confirmation within 24 hours.

Please state the desired tour name, the date, your name, a mobile number and how many bikes you will need (men's or woman's?). The table with tour dates and prices above should give you some useful information.

We are generally very prompt in returning emails within 24 hours, 7 days a week. However, if you don't hear from us within 48 hours it could mean that there has been a technical problem and that we haven't received your email. For groups of 10 people or more, we are happy to schedule extra tours for the same individual price.

Weather

Our tours continue in all kinds of weather as long as at least 4 participants are willing. When the weather is changeable we provide rain capes that also keep your legs dry. If the rain is so heavy that you don't want to go on the tour, give us a call. We can try and find you an alternative option or you can cancel the tour.
